Mixes fine and the amino profile is published, which is why I bought it. But it is expensive, and the chocolate is thin compared to what I used before.

Fair. Hydrolysed isolate costs roughly twice what a concentrate blend costs, and we don't use thickeners to make it feel richer. If the texture is the deciding factor for you, we would rather you bought something else than paid this much and were disappointed.
